Matt, Alexandra and Γιάννης met in the summer of 2003 in the Ionian Islands of Greece where they lived and worked. They each shared a passion for Greek hospitality, fresh food and too many drinks. 20 years on a lot has happened, each having a career in hospitality they have now a combined 60 years experience with food, drink and service.
